--- PRESS RELEASE ---Biden's Supreme Court nominee Helps illegal alien dealer
For National Release : April 1, 2022

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC activists joined calls to oppose Biden's Supreme Court nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson today in response to her judicial activism to lower the sentence of a previously deported illegal immigrant drug dealer and her refusal to even use the term "illegal" in reference to illegal aliens.

"Her claims that she would only focus on our laws as written appear to be disingenuous, as evidenced by her judicial activism on behalf of the previously deported illegal alien drug dealer Daniel Garcia-Guerrero of El Salvador in 2013. Our law code defines illegal immigrants as "illegal aliens," and Keanji Jackson's political activism decision to not use that term as well as her failure to be able to define what a woman is should disqualify her from a position on our highest court." said William Gheen, spokesman for ALIPAC.

On March 31, 2022, Breitbart's John Binder reported...

-- "Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court (SCOTUS), once bypassed federal sentencing guidelines to cut a previously-deported illegal alien drug dealer’s prison sentence, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.

In the 2013 case, while Jackson was serving on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, illegal alien Daniel Garcia-Guerrero of El Salvador had been charged with illegal re-entry after having already been deported from the U.S. at least once.

Garcia-Guerrero had also been previously convicted of drug trafficking for his time dealing drugs in the Washington, DC area.

On March 23, Binder reported ...

-- "President Joe Biden’s nominee to replace Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, defended her use of the term “noncitizens” to describe border crossers and illegal aliens in her legal opinions.

As Breitbart News previously reported, Jackson has made a note in her opinions to employ the term “noncitizen” or “undocumented non-citizens” rather than the terms “alien” or “illegal aliens” that are regularly used in court and in federal statutes.

American citizens who oppose judges abusing their power to assist illegal immigrant invaders and hardened criminals are encouraged to contact their US Senators, especially Susan Collins (R-ME), to oppose the Supreme Court nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The whole ideology behind her appointment is racist and sexist right from the line! Can't define a woman?? Famous quote,"when I see a woman I see a man without reason or accountability". This broad is it!
